I am thinking of submitting a tintin t-shirt design to the QWERTEE.com website.

Tintin AND Nemo? Haha, creative.
I personally like the second one better, because there aren't many differences between the two and the first one looks like a plain mashup of Tintin and Nemo. I think the frame and title given gives more than just a 1+1 on the shirt.
